Operational guidance kit
The Travelife COVID-19 Operational Guidance Kit includes information to help hoteliers make decisions about how to ensure they are putting the health and safety of people first, whilst minimising their environmental impacts and continuing their important community support work, as well as caring for their staff. Because this is such an important issue for the tourism industry, we have made this guidance available to any accommodation provider, and have taken care to ensure it works for any size or type of accommodation in any country.
Your sustainability work and COVID-19 prevention measures will only be effective if you have the support and cooperation of your guests. In this guide we have provided some tips and examples to give you ideas for your own communications. Click here to view or download the COVID-19 Guest Communications Guide (English only).
