This page contains information, support and video tutorials about the new Travelife certifications system, Evergreen. Members who have already been invited to register can use the buttons below to login to Evergreen or to submit a request for technical support.
Introducing Evergreen

Evergreen is the new Travelife certifications system. It was custom-built especially for Travelife accommodation providers to manage audits and certifications.
It contains a profile of each Travelife Member property (name, address, occupancy, star rating etc.), their current certification status and the approved individual users that are associated with the property.
Important! Evergreen is being gradually phased in for all audits taking place from 1st January 2021. That means that when you log-in to the system, you will not see information about any audits that took place prior to that date.
What if we have not registered for Evergreen?
Please wait for Travelife to send you an invitation to register for the new system. New Members will be invited to join immediately and existing Members will be invited a few months before their next audit is due. This will be sent to the current main Travelife contact that we have on file. If you wish to make sure that we have the correct contact for your property, please email info@travelife.org or click here to complete an online form to update your property information.
What can it do?
Travelife will allocate your audit in Evergreen so that auditors can upload audit reports directly into the system, including any attachments containing evidence from their audit such as photos, videos and documents. When an individual customer that has been assigned to a property logs in, they will be able to:
View their current audit/certification status including when their certification expires
Add colleagues to their property profile so that they can also login to Evergreen
Request an audit
Update their individual login details such as name, email address, password and contact phone number
View their audit reports (for any audits carried out after 1st January 2021)
Properties that are Gold Certified after 1st January 2021 will be able to download their Travelife Gold certificate and logo from Evergreen.

Information and support
Please make sure you are using the correct browser! Evergreen works best in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. It has not been designed for Apple Safari and does not work in Internet Explorer because Microsoft will stop supporting Explorer from August 2021.
Travelife will be inviting hotels to register during 2021. New Members and those who are due to have their certification renewed soon will be invited first. For example, if you are due to have your certification renewed before 31st March 2021, you can expect an invitation in the next few months. But if your certification is not due to be renewed until 2022, you may not receive an invitation until the end of 2021. However, you can request an invitation to join Evergreen at any time by emailing info@travelife.org.
The invitation will come by an automated email from Travelife that contains a registration link. When you click the link you will be asked to enter your name and create a password. The registration invitation will be sent to the Travelife contacts that we have on file so if you want to make sure we have the correct contacts, please click here to update your property information so that we can ensure our records are up-to-date.
Once you are logged into Evergreen, you can invite other colleagues to register too. Please view the section below 'Add or remove your colleagues' for more information about how to do this or click here to watch a demonstration video about this.
Individuals who are assigned to multiple properties within a group will be able to view information about all of those properties by using a dropdown list on their dashboard to change which property they are viewing. If you have already registered for Evergreen and need access to other properties that you work with, please email info@travelife.org and include the names of the properties you wish to be assigned to.
! For security reasons, Travelife staff cannot change your password or email for you. You will need to complete the steps below yourself. If you are unable to make the change yourself using the instructions below, please email info@travelife.org.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
CHANGE A PASSWORD
Go to the Evergreen login screen at travelifeaudits.com.
Underneath the Login button, click the link that says ‘Click here if you have forgotten your password’.
A new page will open asking you to enter your email address. This must be the email address you use to login to Evergreen.
You will be emailed a password rest link to your Evergreen login email address. Please follow the instructions to reset your password.
Login to Evergreen at travelifeaudits.com.
Click the Your Profile icon on the blue menu.
Select the Change Password icon from the white menu.
Carefully type your current password in the Current password field.
Carefully type your new password. Make it secure by using at least 8 characters that include a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
Type your new password again into the Confirm new password field.
Click the blue Update password button.
CHANGE YOUR LOGIN EMAIL ADDRESS

Click the Your Profile icon on the blue menu.
Select the Email icon from the white menu.
Carefully type in the new email address in the New email field. Then type it again in the Confirm new email field.
Click the blue Change email button. Evergreen will send you an automated email asking you to confirm the change. For security reasons, this will be sent to the old email you were using to login to Evergreen.
Click the confirmation link in the email. If you have any problems email info@travelife.org.

! If you have more than one property assigned to you, you will need to repeat this process for each individual property profile in Evergreen. This is so that you can control who is allowed to see information about your audits at each property.
GIVE A COLLEAGUE PERMISSION TO ACCESS A PROPERTY
REMOVE A COLLEAGUE'S PERMISSION

Login to Evergreen (travelifeaudits.com).
Click the Property Profile icon on the blue menu.
Select the property you wish to add your colleague to. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Go to the Site Users area at the bottom of the page where you can see the people who are already assigned to this property.
If the colleague you wish to add is not listed, click the blue Create User button.
Carefully type their first name, last name and email address. This is the email where their registration will be sent so it is important that you type it correctly.
When you click Add User, a registration email will be sent to them. They should click on the registration link to create a password. If they are already registered but assigned to a different property, they will instantly be able to access the one you are working on and will not receive the registration email.
When you have finished click the blue Save button.

Select the property you wish to add or remove access to. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Go to the Site Users area at the bottom of the page where you can see the people assigned to this property.
Find the colleague you wish to remove then click the blue toggle button under the ‘Add/Remove’ heading to remove them from this property profile.
When you have finished click the blue Save button.
If you wish to add them back again, please follow the instructions under 'Give a colleague permission to access a property'.

Select the property you wish to edit. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Go to the Site Users area at the bottom of the page where you can see the people assigned to this property and to identify who is currently the main Travelife contact.
To make someone else the main contact, click the blue toggle button under the ‘’Main Contact User’ heading to turn it on. Only one person can be the main contact so the it will toggle off for the other person.
When you have finished click the blue Save button.

If you have already registered for Evergreen and need access to another property that you work with, please email info@travelife.org and include the name/s of the property.
Evergreen records start from 1st January 2021, so if you had an audit before then, you will not be able to see any information about that. However, you can always email us at info@travelife.org if you would like information about past audits. Over time, you will be able to see your audit history as Evergreen will save it for you. That means that you’ll be able to login and view your past audit reports, audit dates and so on.
The property profile contains information that helps Travelife manage your certification and prepare for your audit. You can edit some of the information and if you need to correct information that you cannot change yourself, please email info@travelife.org.

UPDATE THE EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND WEBSITE
UPDATE THE ADDRESS
! It is important that this information is what guests would use to contact you. It will be used to check your Travelife Collection listing and the website may be used to check compliance with the Travelife requirements, so please make sure it is correct.

Select the property you wish to add or remove access to. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Click on Customer Summary to open the information.
Edit the information you wish to change.
When you have finished click the blue Save button.
! The address must be the physical location of the property that guests and auditors would use to find you. This address will be printed on your Travelife Gold certificate, so it is important that it is correct.

Select the property you wish to edit. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Click on Address Information to view the address.
Edit the fields you wish to change. Please note that you cannot edit the coordinates so if you think they are incorrect, please email info@travelife.org.
When you have finished click the blue Save button.
UPDATE THE AUDITING PROFILE

! Please ensure this information is updated when you first join Travelife then at least every 2-years before your next audit is due.

Select the Auding Profile to view the information.
You can update any of the information so simply make any required changes.
Use the blue toggles to add information about any seasonal closures or any animals you might have at the property.
When you have finished click the blue Save button.

Login to Evergreen at travelifeaudits.com that will take you to your property dashboard. If you are assigned to more than one property, you can use the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen to change which property you are viewing.
The dashboard will display the certification expiry date.
From the property profile

Click the Property Profile icon on the blue menu.
Select the property you wish to view. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Click on Customer Summary to open the information.
The Certification Expiry is shown in the box at the bottom right of the screen.

The dashboard will tell you the current status of an audit. There is a progress bar at the top of the screen that also shows the audit status.
Welcome to Travelife will show for new Members who have not scheduled an audit, as well as existing Members whose certification expired before they scheduled a renewal audit.
Audit Confirmed will show when both the auditor and your audit date has been confirmed
Report Pending will show when the audit has taken place but the auditor has not yet completed and uploaded your audit report.
Quality Check will show when your audit report has been uploaded by your auditor and is undergoing a series of quality checks by the Travelife certifications team.
Improvements will show when your report is ready for you to view, but you need to make some improvements before you can be certified
Not Certified will show when your report is ready for you to view but your audit found that you have more than 40 improvements to make. It will also show if you do not make your required improvements before the improvement deadline given to you by Travelife.
Certified will show when you have achieved Travelife Gold certification and it is current.

Select the property for which you wish to view the improvement report. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
This page will show the criteria that have been marked as non-compliant during the audit and for which you need to submit additional evidence.
If you wish to view the whole audit report or view the compliant criteria, you can use the filter options at the top of the page to filter for all criteria or compliant criteria.

Hover over the property for which you wish to download the improvement report and click on the icon on the right-hand side of the page in the ‘Info’ column. The improvement report will download in PDF format.
SUBMIT YOUR IMPROVEMENT EVIDENCE AND MESSAGE THE TRAVELIFE TEAM

Select the property for which you wish to submit improvement evidence. If you have many properties assigned to you, you can use the search and filter options at the top of the page to help you find the correct property.
Click on the criterion for which you wish to submit evidence. This will open the work area on the right-hand side of the page.
At the top of the work area, you can see our Expert Guidance, which is general advice on what you need to do to comply with the criterion.
Send a message to the Travelife Certifications Team and attach your additional evidence in the text box at the bottom of the work area. If you have a message from the Travelife Certifications Team, it will show in the chat box above.
Click ‘Next’ or ‘Previous to navigate from criterion to criterion.

In the box on the bottom left of the screen there are several links. Click the ‘Find out more about Travelife Gold Packs’ link.
This will take you to the Member Zone where you can find out about ordering a Gold Pack and complete the Gold Pack order form. If you need to pay for a Gold Pack, you can pay online by card or request an invoice for a payment by bank transfer.

In the ‘Are you ready to schedule your audit?’ you will see a link that will take you to an audit request form.
Complete the form then someone from our audit operations team will get in touch with you to confirm final arrangements. This process can take up to 4-weeks as we will need to find an auditor that is available to visit your region, so please try to give us as much notice as possible.

On the dashboard you will be able to see the date of your audit and your auditor.
You can use the link in the white box on the bottom left of the screen to email your auditor to confirm arrangements for the audit.
If you need to change or cancel your audit, you should email auditoperations@travelife.org Please note that we may charge a cancellation fee for audits that are cancelled or changed within 30-days of the scheduled audit date to cover non-refundable auditor travel costs.
