Customer type: Recertifying Property

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as a Recertifying Property. This is because either:

Your current Travelife Certification has not expired and you need to prepare for a recertification audit.
You had a Travelife Certification that expired less than 12-months ago and you need to prepare for a recertification audit.

Customer type: Reactivating Property

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as a Reactivating Property. This is because your last certification expired between one and two years ago.

Customer type: New Property

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as a New Property. This is because your last Travelife inspection audit was 3 or more years ago.

This means that our knowledge of your property is not up to date, so we need to spend more time preparing for your audit and the auditor is likely to need more time onsite than usual.

“Inspection audit” means that a Travelife auditor visited your property.

Based on your answers to the questions above, you need to pay for a repeat audit.

This is because you had a Travelife site audit in the last 12-months but the final result was “Not Certified” (failed). This was because either:

Following your inspection audit, we found that you did not comply with more than 40 of the certification requirements

You had post-audit improvements to make and did not make these within the 6 month deadline we gave you.

Customer type: Reactivating Property

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as a Reactivating Property. This is because your last Travelife inspection audit was between 1 and 3 years ago and you did not achieve Travelife Certification as a result of that audit.

Customer type: New Property

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as a New Property. This is because your last Travelife inspection audit was 3 or more years ago.

This means that our knowledge of your property is not up to date, so we need to spend more time preparing for your audit and the auditor is likely to need more time onsite than usual.

Customer type: Audit reactivation required

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as property that needs to pay for another audit because you did not use the one you previously paid for within the one-year deadline that was given to you.

Customer type: New Property

Based on your answers to the questions above, we have designated you as a New Property because you have never had a Travelife inspection audit.

This means that we need to collect some information about your property so that we can get to know you better! This helps our auditors prepare for a more smooth-running audit.

We will assign an auditor to you about three months after we receive your payment. However, if you need more time to prepare you can let us know. Please remember that you must have your audit within one year of paying the certification fee, otherwise you will have to pay for a new one.

Customer type: Audit due

Based on your answers to the questions above, it sounds like you are due to have a Travelife inspection audit and that you have already paid for it.

That means that you should schedule this audit as soon as possible. If you do not hae the audit within 12 months of your payment date, you will need to purchase a new one.
