About your maximum nightly guest occupancy

This is the total possible number of guest that can stay at your hotel. In other words, if all your rooms were full and you had used all of your extra beds (rollaways and fold-out sofas), how many guests would there be at your property?

You do not need to count cots and bassinets for infants.

Please take care to answer this correctly. If we find that you have given an incorrect number we may have to charge you an additional fee.

Accommodation Certification Agreement

Inspection audit deadline: It is important to note that your inspection audit must be carried out within one year of paying the recertification fee. If you miss this deadline you will need to pay for another inspection audit.

Updating your property profile: Remember that we will not assign an auditor to carry out the inspection audit until you have confirmed that all the information in your Evergreen property profile is correct. 

Cancelling confirmed inspection audits: If a confirmed inspection audit is cancelled within 30 days of the audit date, we may charge you fees to cover the auditor's costs.

Being open during an inspection audit: We can only carry out an inspection audit when your property is open and accepting overnight guests.

Refunds: The fee you pay is non-refundable with some limited exceptions that are described in the Accommodation Certification Agreement.

Submitting  fraudulent or digitally altered evidence: If we find that any information or evidence you provide to us is fraudulent or has been digitally altered to intentionally mislead us (e.g. use of Photoshop to alter images), your certification/recertification attempt will be terminated, any certification you already hold will be withdrawn and you will not be able to carry out another certification/recertification attempt for at least two years.
